Journalist

Idonotknow

Fortunately, I got a lucky with the journalist who, in spite of my incompetence, left the door slightly ajar.

His words.

Same story, but in round two I shifted away from the product and showed a potential angle underpinned by humanity.

The happy ending came in the form of the journalist interviewing the client and writing the story.
